Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef 80/20
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 - egg
- 1 cup milk
- 6 - garlic cloves, smashed
- 1/2 cup ketchup (1/4 for toppng)
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon steak sauce
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make garlic infused meatloaf

Step 1Combine all ingredients well.

Step 2mold into a meatloaf pan or a cookie sheet works fine.

Step 3make an indention in along the middle and drizzle with the reserved ketchup.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 1 hour....let cool a bit before cutting so all the juices flow back in.

Step 5Serve with smashed potatoes or makes a great sandwich.
