The Garlic twist to this meatloaf is an amazing touch, not overpowering at all, since the garlic gets mild in taste when cooked inside the meatloaf.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef 80/20
  • 1 lb
    ground pork
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1
    egg
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 6
    garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup (1/4 for toppng)
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    steak sauce
  • ·
    salt/pepper to taste

How to Make Garlic Infused Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients well.
  2. mold into a meatloaf pan or a cookie sheet works fine.
  3. make an indention in along the middle and drizzle with the reserved ketchup.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 1 hour....let cool a bit before cutting so all the juices flow back in.
  5. Serve with smashed potatoes or makes a great sandwich.
