The Garlic twist to this meatloaf is an amazing touch, not overpowering at all, since the garlic gets mild in taste when cooked inside the meatloaf.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef 80/20
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 - garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (1/4 for toppng)
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon steak sauce
  • - salt/pepper to taste

How To Make garlic infused meatloaf

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients well.
  • Step 2
    mold into a meatloaf pan or a cookie sheet works fine.
  • Step 3
    make an indention in along the middle and drizzle with the reserved ketchup.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 1 hour....let cool a bit before cutting so all the juices flow back in.
  • Step 5
    Serve with smashed potatoes or makes a great sandwich.
