How to Make Garlic and Red Onion Tri-Tip
- Cut small holes with a knife on meat side of the tri-tip, insert the sliced garlics into the slivered holes, Sear Tri-Tip on both sides over an open flame.
- Then take tri-tip off of flame and place on foil with the fat side down. slice the red onion and cover the top of the tri-tip and season with McCormicks steak seasoning and cover with foil. let it set back on low burner on your bar-b-cue for about 45 min. to 1 hr. Check after 45 min.
- After you slice it, save the juice and dip rolls or bread, goes great with chili beans! Or Potatoe Salad!
