Ingredients
- 1 pound 90% ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin either ground or seeds
- 1 can roi-tel tomatoes
- 1 package corn tortillas 12 count
- 2 tablespoons flour
- - grated cheddar cheese
- - chopped lettuce
- - sliced avocado or guacamole
- - salsa of your choice
How To Make ganado tacos

Step 1brown the ground beef, onions and garlic in med . size pan, add the roi-tel tomatoes and spices. Let simmer until juice is almost gone, then add the flour to bind together. Set aside to cool

Step 2Soften tortillas in hot oil and drain on paper towels. Place 1 large tbls of meat on 1/2 tortilla and fold the other half over meat. Place on hot flat griddle and brown on both sides. About 10 Min.

Step 3Dress tacos with lettuce, cheese and avocado slices and enjoy. Serve with salsa on your choice.
