1 lb
90% ground beef
1/2 c
chopped onions
1 tsp
finely chopped garlic
1 tsp
salt and pepper
1 tsp
cumin either ground or seeds
1 can(s)
roi-tel tomatoes
1 pkg
corn tortillas 12 count
2 Tbsp
grated cheddar cheese
chopped lettuce
sliced avocado or guacamole
salsa of your choice

How to Make Ganado Tacos


  • 1brown the ground beef, onions and garlic in med . size pan, add the roi-tel tomatoes and spices. Let simmer until juice is almost gone, then add the flour to bind together. Set aside to cool
  • 2Soften tortillas in hot oil and drain on paper towels. Place 1 large tbls of meat on 1/2 tortilla and fold the other half over meat. Place on hot flat griddle and brown on both sides. About 10 Min.
  • 3Dress tacos with lettuce, cheese and avocado slices and enjoy. Serve with salsa on your choice.
