  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • - cooking oil
  • 4 tablespoons cumin
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - lettuce
  • - chopped tomatoes
  • - sour cream
  • 1 package flour totillia shells quarterd
  • - black olives
  • - taco sauce
  • - shrerdded cheese
  • - salsa
  • - hot peppers
  • ON ALL THE INGREDIENTS WITH NO AMOUNT: THESE ARE FREE INGREDIENTS AND YOU ADD AS MUCH AS YOU DESIRE

How To Make fried nachos

  • Step 1
    brown ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink. add salt and pepper and cumin
  • Step 2
    heat oil in a deep fryer and add a few of the quartered shells at a time for about 1 1/2 minutes until lightly golden browned
  • Step 3
    on a plate 1st place nachos then top with beef then add as much of the remaining toppings as you like such as lettuce, tomatos, olives, salsa, cheese, taco sauce, pepper, sour cream
