1 lbground beef
1 dash(es)onion powder
1/4 ccheese, grated
1/2 cbread crumbs
1 dash(es)garlic powder
How to Make Fried Meatballs
- Mix all ingredients together and form balls.
- Coat a large skillet with non-stick olive oil spray.
- Fry meatballs for about 10 minutes or until nice and brown.
- Store in an airtight container & refrigerator until ready to use, or drop immediately into tomato sauce and cook until sauce is heated through.
