  • 1 small lettuce head
  • 1 bunch bean sprouts, fresh

  • 1 package mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 small container of sour cream
  • 1 jar queso dip (optional)
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 1/4 tablespoons water

How To Make meat, bean, cheese and veggie deep fried bur

  • Step 1
Cook meat and onion flakes and drain grease, now add seasoning mix, ( I make home made sauce ). Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mins. While that simmering, start cutting up the veggies of your choice.
  • Step 2
Heat beans up in the microwave, then heat in the microwave or on the oven the enchilada sauce. (it's so much better with home made refried beans). Take the egg and water and mix, making an egg wash.
  • Step 3
Take a shell put a layer of beans then meat, veggies and cheese, and roll like a burrito, to keep closed brush the seam with the egg wash. Do this for each burrito.
  • Step 4
In a deep fryer or deep pan heat oil, when oil is ready put carefully put the burritos in. Cook until golden brown. Take out and place on paper towel to soak up extra oil.
  • Step 5
Now on a plate add enchilada sauce, more cheese, lettuce, tomato and taco sauce, and serve.
  • Step 6
You can make queso dip to put on top, and these are great as a veggie burrito, it sounds like a lot of steps, but really it's very easy to make and another great way to get your picky kids to eat different kinds of veggies. I hope you enjoy
  • Step 7
If you would like to know how to make the white queso dip or home made seasoning mix for taco meat just let me know, both are extremely easy to make and they really make a difference.
