Fresh Cilantro and Pepper Dipping Sauce

1 Tbspolive oil
1red bell pepper, cut in 1 inch pieces, top removed
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1/4 csour cream
3/4 cfresh cilantro leaves, lightly packed
1garlic cloved, peeled
2 ozcream cheese
·salt and pepper to taste
·juice of half a lime
How to Make Fresh Cilantro and Pepper Dipping Sauce
- Cook peppers in olive oil in large skillet over medium heat for about 5 min. or until soft. Add Soy sauce and set aside.
- Pulse sour cream, cilantro, lime juice and garlic in blender. Add peppers and cream cheese; puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Set in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Cook your steak and dip in! So good!
PS. Try it with boiled shrimp too! Nice for the summer!
