fresh cilantro and pepper dipping sauce
Just found this recipe in People magazine and it's called Rib Eye Bites. I made a couple of minor changes to it by adding the lime juice and using a red bell pepper instead of a green one. It's so good. I cannot wait for out steak to be ready!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 - red bell pepper, cut in 1 inch pieces, top removed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, lightly packed
- 1 - garlic cloved, peeled
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - juice of half a lime
How To Make fresh cilantro and pepper dipping sauce

Step 1Cook peppers in olive oil in large skillet over medium heat for about 5 min. or until soft. Add Soy sauce and set aside.

Step 2Pulse sour cream, cilantro, lime juice and garlic in blender. Add peppers and cream cheese; puree until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 3Set in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Cook your steak and dip in! So good! PS. Try it with boiled shrimp too! Nice for the summer!
