Ingredients

  • 2 pounds stew beef
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 2 - onions sliced
  • 2 - beef bouillon, cubes
  • 2 tablespoons instant tapioca
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1 - small can mushrooms
  • 1 package egg noodles

How To Make french stew

  • Step 1
    mix all ingredients in a covered casserole dish.
  • Step 2
    bake 3 hours at 350 degrees.
  • Step 3
    Stir occasionally.
  • Step 4
    Serve over noodles.
