Ingredients For french dip cupcakes

  • 2 1/2 oz
    96% fat free sliced deli roast beef, thinly sliced, chopped
  • 1 can
    mushroom pieces, diced (4oz)
  • 3 slice
    laughing cow light swiss cheese spread, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    dry au jus gravy mix
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 oz
    shredded fat free mozzarella
  • 12 sheet
    wonton wrappers

How To Make french dip cupcakes

    In microwaveable bowl, combine beef, laughing cow cheese, mushrooms (drained), water and gravy mixture. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes until cheese is softened. Stir well until beef and mushrooms are covered in a cheesy sauce

    Spray 6 cupcake cups with nonstick spray and push a wonton wrapper into each cup. Distribute 1/2 beef mixture between the cups, top with half mozzarella. Repeat
