3 slice
laughing cow light swiss cheese spread, chopped
1 tsp
dry au jus gravy mix
1/4 c
1 oz
shredded fat free mozzarella
12 sheet(s)
wonton wrappers

How to Make French Dip Cupcakes


  • 1In microwaveable bowl, combine beef, laughing cow cheese, mushrooms (drained), water and gravy mixture. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes until cheese is softened. Stir well until beef and mushrooms are covered in a cheesy sauce
  • 2Spray 6 cupcake cups with nonstick spray and push a wonton wrapper into each cup. Distribute 1/2 beef mixture between the cups, top with half mozzarella. Repeat
  • 3Place in preheated 375 degree F. oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
