Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 ounces 96% fat free sliced deli roast beef, thinly sliced, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom pieces, diced (4oz)
  • 3 slices laughing cow light swiss cheese spread, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry au jus gravy mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 ounce shredded fat free mozzarella
  • 12 sheets wonton wrappers

How To Make french dip cupcakes

  • Step 1
    In microwaveable bowl, combine beef, laughing cow cheese, mushrooms (drained), water and gravy mixture. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes until cheese is softened. Stir well until beef and mushrooms are covered in a cheesy sauce
  • Step 2
    Spray 6 cupcake cups with nonstick spray and push a wonton wrapper into each cup. Distribute 1/2 beef mixture between the cups, top with half mozzarella. Repeat
  • Step 3
    Place in preheated 375 degree F. oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
