Ingredients For french dip cupcakes
2 1/2 oz96% fat free sliced deli roast beef, thinly sliced, chopped
1 canmushroom pieces, diced (4oz)
3 slicelaughing cow light swiss cheese spread, chopped
1 tspdry au jus gravy mix
1 ozshredded fat free mozzarella
12 sheetwonton wrappers
How To Make french dip cupcakes
1In microwaveable bowl, combine beef, laughing cow cheese, mushrooms (drained), water and gravy mixture. Microwave 1-1/2 to 2 minutes until cheese is softened. Stir well until beef and mushrooms are covered in a cheesy sauce
2Spray 6 cupcake cups with nonstick spray and push a wonton wrapper into each cup. Distribute 1/2 beef mixture between the cups, top with half mozzarella. Repeat
3Place in preheated 375 degree F. oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
