Ingredients
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 cans campbell's beef broth
- 1 bottle beer
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 - sirloin tip roast

Step 1Combine the first six ingredients in a baking dish or Dutch oven which has a tight fitting lid. Place roast in liquid and bake at 350 for 5 hours. Remove roast and shred if desired.(I just slice it) Grate cheese on juice in individual dishes for dipping. You can also serve on hoagie rolls. ENJOY!
