    favorite hamburger rolls
  • 11/2 lb
    85/15 ground beef broken down and fried and drained
  • 1 jar(s)
    favorite flavor bbq sauce sweet but a little smokey in flavor
  • 1 large
    green bell pepper diced finely
  • 1-2 medium
    onions diced finely
  • 1 small
    carrot minced
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/8 c
    cooking oil
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 clove
    garlic grated
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce

How to Make Frazz1es Sloppy Joe


  1. cut up all veggies as shown in ingredient list
  2. in a frying pan place oil, butter, and sweat veggies, and garlic
  3. while sweating in a separate pan fry and brown meat and drain. break down meat into small pieces
  4. add all veggies that were sweating in other pan to meat, and cook for 2 minutes to have flavor meld together.
  5. stir in rest of ingredients, cover, and begin to reduce to get to desired thickness.
  6. Enjoy!!!
