Ingredients
- 3/4 pound boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 10.25 ounces cream of broccoli soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- hot cooked noodles

Step 1Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.

Step 2In skillet, over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned.

Step 3Add onion.

Step 4Cook for 5 minutes stirring often.

Step 5Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.

Step 7Reduce to low.

Step 8Cover, simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
