Foolproof Beef and Broccoli
boneless beef sirloin steak
onion, cut into wedges
cream of broccoli soup
1Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.
2In skillet, over medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned.
4Cook for 5 minutes stirring often.
5Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Heat to boiling.
8Cover, simmer for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
10TIP: To make slicing easier, freeze beef for 1 hour.
