Ingredients
- 2 pounds round steak
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 - bell pepper, sliced
- 1 - carrot, shredded
- 1 - celery ribs, bias cut 1 inch
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make foil wrapped steak

Step 1Trim the ligament and fat from the round steak.

Step 2Place double layer of aluminum foil in bottom of shallow baking pan (9x15x2 or thereabouts in size).

Step 3Place meat on foil.

Step 4Spread unmelted butter on top of meat, season with garlic powder, pepper and half of worcestershire sauce or powder.

Step 5Pile vegetables on top.

Step 6Top with remaining worcestershire.

Step 7Cover with 2 additional layers of foil, wrap tightly to keep steam and juices inside.

Step 8Bake 2 1/2 hours in 350 oven.
