black pepper

celery ribs, bias cut 1 inch
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce

How to Make Foil Wrapped Steak

Step-by-Step

  • 1Trim the ligament and fat from the round steak.
  • 2Place double layer of aluminum foil in bottom of shallow baking pan (9x15x2 or thereabouts in size).
  • 3Place meat on foil.
  • 4Spread unmelted butter on top of meat, season with garlic powder, pepper and half of worcestershire sauce or powder.
  • 5Pile vegetables on top.
  • 6Top with remaining worcestershire.
  • 7Cover with 2 additional layers of foil, wrap tightly to keep steam and juices inside.
  • 8Bake 2 1/2 hours in 350 oven.
