Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/4 cups instant potato flakes
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon dried onion
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 package instant potatoes with garlic
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make fluffy hamburger pie

Step 1Mix the hamburger, instant potato flakes, egg, salt, pepper, onions, ketchup, and milk. Press into the bottom of a pie dish. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Step 2Prepare the instant potatoes according to package directions. Spread on top of meat mixture. Top with cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
