Step 3Grind meat for burgers, then form into patties. Slice cheese and tomatoes.

Step 4For FRIED PORTABELLO MUSHROOMS: Mix 1 c of bisquick mix with just enough water to make a pancake like batter. Batter portabello strips and fry in canola oil.

Step 5Season and grill burgers to your liking.

Step 6Slice focaccia bread, layer: meat, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes. Be prepared to TOTALLY enjoy yourself.
