  • - flat iron steak, freshly ground
  • - foccacia bread w/jalapeno and cheese
  • - fiesta jack cheese
  • - fried portabello strips
  • - fresh off the vine tomatoes

How To Make flavortown fiesta burger

  • Step 1
    Ingredients you will need, plus oil for frying mushrooms, and an indoor or outdoor grill and a meat grinder.
  • Step 2
    Flat Iron Steak
  • Step 3
    Grind meat for burgers, then form into patties. Slice cheese and tomatoes.
  • Step 4
    For FRIED PORTABELLO MUSHROOMS: Mix 1 c of bisquick mix with just enough water to make a pancake like batter. Batter portabello strips and fry in canola oil.
  • Step 5
    Season and grill burgers to your liking.
  • Step 6
    Slice focaccia bread, layer: meat, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes. Be prepared to TOTALLY enjoy yourself.
