How to Make Flank Steak Marinade
- Put all ingredients into gallon size zipper bag. Shake well. Place in refrigerator for 2-15 hours, take bag out a couple of times to shake and turn over.
- When ready to cook, remove meat from the bag and put the liquid in a sauce pan and cook on high for five minutes to make a sauce (optional). Broil, grill or fry the steak as desired.
- If you decide to broil or fry the steak, put leftover liquid into the pan to get all the drippings for added flavor, and then cook about 5 minutes.
