- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1.5 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 1 - clove garlic
- - mushrooms, sliced
- - parsley sprigs, for garnish

Step 1Score meat.

Step 2Mix flour, salt, and pepper; thoroughly pound into meat.

Step 3Brown in hot oil.

Step 4Combine remaining ingrediets; pour over meat and cover.

Step 5Cook over low heat until tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Step 6(Do not cook in electric skillet.)
