Takes just a minute to prep, but should marinate 5 or 6 hours.

Ingredients

2 lbflank steak

1 clovegarlic
-
1 Tbspsherry (or cooking sherry)

2 Tbspshoyu (soy sauce)

1 tsphoney
How to Make FLAKE STANK
- Rub steak with cut garlic. Marinate steak 6-8 hours in sherry, soy sauce and honey mixture.
- Broil steak about 6 minutes on each side in foil-lined cookie pan.
Slice steak thinly, diagonally.
(serve with mashed taters!)
