Ingredients
- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon sherry (or cooking sherry)
- 2 tablespoons shoyu (soy sauce)
- 1 teaspoon honey
How To Make flake stank

Step 1Rub steak with cut garlic. Marinate steak 6-8 hours in sherry, soy sauce and honey mixture.

Step 2Broil steak about 6 minutes on each side in foil-lined cookie pan. Slice steak thinly, diagonally. (serve with mashed taters!)
