As spring approaches and more time is required in the garden, I'm loving the idea of "Fix-It and Forget-It" slow cooker meals! This dish, while making it, I did not realize it, was very much inspired from Jamie Beecham's "Jamie's Hamburger Steak and Gravy", (one or our favorite dishes). I love utilizing the slow cooker! Not only does the slow cooker make life easier but you can cook some pretty tasty meals in it!
