Ingredients
- - 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons oil
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - 1/2 cup chopped onion
- - 1 can tomatoes (16 oz)
- - 1 t. tabasco sauce
- - 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fiery chili powder
- - 1 t. salt
- - 1/2 t. ground cumin
- - 1/2 t. ground oregano
- - 1/2 t. paprika
- - 1/2 t. ground cloves
- - 1/2 t. ground allspice
- - 1 bay leaf, crushed
- - 1/2 cup dry red wine
- - 1 can (29 oz) kidney beans, drained
How To Make fire alarm chili

Step 1Pour oil in skillet. Add meat and brown with garlic. Transfer meat to large pot.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients except wine and beans. Simmer for 1 hour. Add water occasionally if needed. Add wine and beans, Simmer for 15 minutes more. Serve 4 to 6 Source: My Old Recipes
