Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can tomatos, with liquid
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
- 4 medium potatos, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups mixed veggies, canned or frozen
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- - salt to taste
How To Make "fill 'em up" casserole

Step 1In large bowl, combine beef, onion, tomatoes, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pat into a greased 2 or 3 qt. Casserole. Layer with potatoes, flour and mixed vegetables. Pour Nacho Cheese soup over all. Bake at 375 degrees, covered for 45-55 minutes

Step 2Remove cover, sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for another 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender
