This is a great "stick to your ribs" casserole. Keeps you full and energized, and did i mention it tastes AMAZING!

Ingredients For "fill 'em up" casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can
    tomatos, with liquid
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can
    fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • 4 md
    potatos, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    mixed veggies, canned or frozen
  • 8 oz
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste

How To Make "fill 'em up" casserole

    In large bowl, combine beef, onion, tomatoes, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Pat into a greased 2 or 3 qt. Casserole. Layer with potatoes, flour and mixed vegetables. Pour Nacho Cheese soup over all. Bake at 375 degrees, covered for 45-55 minutes

    Remove cover, sprinkle with cheese and continue baking for another 20-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender
