Ingredients

  • 5 small filet mignons
  • 1/2 cup salt and pepper
  • 2 3/4 cups minced red onions
  • 2 3/4 small red potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce

How To Make filet mignon topped w/ red onions and red potatoes

  • Step 1
    Start by taking you're 5 small filet mignons and seasoning them with you're salt and pepper make sure you get a good coating on every piece of meat after you are done with seasoning the meat now start you're grill to about 350 degrees while the grill is warming up start with taking the onions, potatoes and teriyaki sauce and placing that in a buttered skillet and constantly stirring that while on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes then put in serving dish, now put you're filet's on you're grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until wanted when everything is done you have your filet mignon a side of minced vegetable topping
