How to Make Fiesta Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel the potatoes and slice or cube. Boil until tender. While potatoes are boiling, brown the ground beef and season to taste. Drain the ground beef and potatoes. Mix together in greased casserole dish. Pour in the soup and mix together.
  2. Bake at 350 long enough to heat through. Can add shredded cheese on top during last few minutes of baking.
