Ingredients
- 1-2 pound ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 - bell pepper, chopped
- 2-3 - garlic cloves or 2 tbsp. minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt or reg. salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- - chilie powder (to taste)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (use rotel if you want it spicy)
- 1 can beans (optional)
- 1-2 can tomatoe sauce
How To Make fast & easy chili

Step 1In a large pot combine hamburger, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until meat is done and vegis are tender.

Step 2Add all spices and stir. Taste occasionally to see if you have enough chili powder in it. Add the rest of the ingredients stirring well. Cook long enough to make sure everything is good and warm and serve.

Step 3Chili should be very thick. The leaner the meat the less fat you will have to drain off, if any.
