1In a large pot combine hamburger, onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until meat is done and vegis are tender.
2Add all spices and stir. Taste occasionally to see if you have enough chili powder in it. Add the rest of the ingredients stirring well. Cook long enough to make sure everything is good and warm and serve.
3Chili should be very thick. The leaner the meat the less fat you will have to drain off, if any.
