farmers chili
My husband doesn't like the taste of chili powder and he likes "real" meat in his chili. So, I created this recipe just for him. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed into bit size pieces
- 2 cans light red kidney beans, 15 ounces each
- 1 can black beans
- 2 cans rotel
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 quart tomatoe juice
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make farmers chili

Step 1In a large stockpot, combine all ingredients and cover with enough water to make a soup. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer chili for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Step 2Serve with fresh salsa (see Speedy Salsa recipe) and Farmer's Cornbread (see recipe) or tortilla chips.
