Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 - egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4-1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt (mrs. dash's)
- 1 cup small bread cubes
- 2 - beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
- dash pepper
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make fabulous meatloaf

Step 1Add 1/2 cup bouillon with bread cubes and add egg. Let stand 5 minutes or until croutons are softened; beat until light and fluffy.

Step 2Add meat, onion, salt and pepper.

Step 3Shape into a loaf and put in loaf pan.

Step 4Rough the top of the meat with a fork and cover with the sauce ingredients which have been combined.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
