This is a great meatloaf. It's moist, delicious and the sauce is fabulous.

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt (mrs. dash's)
  • 1 c
    small bread cubes
  • 2
    beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
  • dash(es)

  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard

How to Make Fantastic Meatloaf


  1. Add 1/2 cup bouillon with bread cubes and add egg. Let stand 5 minutes or until croutons are softened; beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Add meat, onion, salt and pepper.
  3. Shape into a loaf and put in loaf pan.
  4. Rough the top of the meat with a fork and cover with the sauce ingredients which have been combined.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
