How to Make FAJITA QUESADILLAS
- Shredd Velveeta and Cheddar cheese and set aside.
- Put alittle shortening in the bottom of a large skillet, then place the flour tortilla in the skillet on low heat.
- On half of the tortilla, put about 1/2 cup of meat, then spread shredded cheeses, then add about 2 Tbsp. of the Rotel tomatoes.
- Fold tortilla over like an omelet. Let it get hot enough to melt cheese. Allow tortilla to get golden brown. Flip over. Cut into slices like pizza.
