Ingredients
- 1 package large flour tortillas
- 1 pound velveeta cheese, shredded
- 1 pound fajita meat
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 - green pepper, chopped
How To Make fajita quesadillas

Step 1Shredd Velveeta and Cheddar cheese and set aside.

Step 2Put alittle shortening in the bottom of a large skillet, then place the flour tortilla in the skillet on low heat.

Step 3On half of the tortilla, put about 1/2 cup of meat, then spread shredded cheeses, then add about 2 Tbsp. of the Rotel tomatoes.

Step 4Fold tortilla over like an omelet. Let it get hot enough to melt cheese. Allow tortilla to get golden brown. Flip over. Cut into slices like pizza.
