Ingredients

1 pkg
large flour tortillas
1 lb
velveeta cheese, shredded
1 lb
fajita meat
1
onion, chopped
1 lb
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes
1
green pepper, chopped

How to Make FAJITA QUESADILLAS

Step-by-Step

  • 1Shredd Velveeta and Cheddar cheese and set aside.
  • 2Put alittle shortening in the bottom of a large skillet, then place the flour tortilla in the skillet on low heat.
  • 3On half of the tortilla, put about 1/2 cup of meat, then spread shredded cheeses, then add about 2 Tbsp. of the Rotel tomatoes.
  • 4Fold tortilla over like an omelet. Let it get hot enough to melt cheese. Allow tortilla to get golden brown. Flip over. Cut into slices like pizza.
