Ingredients
- 1 - 2 pounds london broil
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- - coarse ground salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons shoyu (soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
How To Make ez london broil

Step 1Mix together soy sauce, sherry and honey, stir till blended. Brush onto steak and marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge.

Step 2Heat broiler; set rack 4" from heat. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Brush steak with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper; repeat on other side.

Step 3Broil till beautifully brown on one side, 5-7 minutes; turn over and continue cooking to desired doneness (5-8 minutes more).

Step 4Transfer to plate; cover loosely with foil and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Step 5Slice meat thinly against the grain, and serve.
