EZ Cheezy Joes

Sharron Boerum

Tastes like a cheeseburger, but in sloppyjoe form. I found this recipe in an old paperback cookbook for recipes off jars, cans and labels. I don't even have the book anymore, but remember this easy yummy recipe. Can easily be doubled for a crowd. =^.~=

How to Make EZ Cheezy Joes

  1. Brown hamburger and onion, drain.
  2. Add cheese soup, along with a big squeeze of ketchup and mustard (about 1/4 cup each). Stir til everything is mixed.
  3. Serve on buns (toasted if desired).
  4. Variations -
Add a tbsp or two of dill or sweet relish.

For ortega joes, eliminate ketchup and mustard and add a can of chopped green chiles with soup.
