This is my wife's recipe. You can substitute pork, turkey any type of ground meat. be creative, this came about due to cheezits and chicken in a biscuit crackers being the only "filler" available. sometime we use a few strips of bacon on top

  • 2 lb
    ground beef (not too lean or it gets dry. we use 85/15 or 80/20)
  • 1/2 c
    cheezit cheddar jack crackers
  • 1/4 c
    chicken in a biscuit crackers
  • 2 can(s)
    tomato soup
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c
  • 1-2
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper, and garlic powder

How to Make Evilynn's Meatloaf


  1. preheat over to 375°
  2. smash crackers to fine consistency and combine with meat, eggs and Worcestershire sauce. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  3. form the meat mixture into the shape of a loaf in a pam coated 9 x 13 baking dish. bake uncovered for 30 minutes
  4. Remove from oven, add 2 cans of tomato soup to baking dish and cover top of meatloaf with ketchup. return to oven and 390 minutes @ 385°
