1Mix all meat loaf ingredients -- Shape in a loaf pan.
Bake at 375º until done , about 1 hour...
Mix all glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan.
Brush about ½ on top of meat loaf after 15 minutes in the oven.
Simmer remaining mixture. Spread on meat loaf the last 15 minutes or so before removing from oven.
3NNOTE: This meat loaf has a lot of drippings because of the pork in it. Cook on rack if possible, if not, dump drippings from it several times while baking.
