evan's meatloaf "lumps"
Instead of a "loaf" we prefer individual meatloaf "lumps", or burger shaped. This is delicious and family approved.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- FOR THE SAUCE
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
How To Make evan's meatloaf "lumps"

Step 1Mix meat ingredients well. Pat into individual "lumps" and make an indention in center.

Step 2put sauce in indention's.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Check at around 1 hour. (I use a jelly roll pan with a cookie rack inside so all drips are in the pan).
