european creamed beef, radish greens, and onions

This creamy, savory dish goes well with just about everything. Even egg noodles if you want a Beef Stroganoff type of meal. I served it with my Pumpkin Gnocchi Sweet Browned Tarragon Butter Recipe, which is seen in the picture. Enjoy!!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup radish greens
  • 1 - onion, sliced thinly
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons wine
  • 1/4 cup cream or whole milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

How To Make european creamed beef, radish greens, and onions

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan, put oil, then onions, radish greens, then set beef atop. Place lid and cook on low medium until beef is cooked through.
  • Step 2
    The slower you cook the beef, the more tender it will become.
  • Step 3
    Then add the wine and the worcestershire. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add the rest of the ingredients, and lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
