european creamed beef, radish greens, and onions
This creamy, savory dish goes well with just about everything. Even egg noodles if you want a Beef Stroganoff type of meal. I served it with my Pumpkin Gnocchi Sweet Browned Tarragon Butter Recipe, which is seen in the picture. Enjoy!!!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup radish greens
- 1 - onion, sliced thinly
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons wine
- 1/4 cup cream or whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Step 1In a saucepan, put oil, then onions, radish greens, then set beef atop. Place lid and cook on low medium until beef is cooked through.

Step 2The slower you cook the beef, the more tender it will become.

Step 3Then add the wine and the worcestershire. Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4Add the rest of the ingredients, and lower heat to simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
