enchiladas
These enchilads are delicious. I first learned how to make them in school cooking class. My friend and I put a twist on them.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2-1 cup salsa
- 1 package tortilla shells
- 1 block pepper jack cheese
- 1 package liquid queso cheese
- 1 med can enchilada sauce
- 1 1/2 packages taco seasoning
How To Make enchiladas

Step 1Brown hamburger meat in skillet. Drain.

Step 2Add taco seasoning using directions on packet. Add some salsa. (can alter to your preference) warm the meat salsa mixture.

Step 3Add a few spoonful's of the meat salsa mixture to tortilla shell. Add a chunky slice of pepper jack cheese. Roll burrito style. Repeat until all shells and meat are used up.

Step 4Put the enchiladas into a casserole dish and top with enchilada sauce and liquid queso cheese. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
