Comfort food with a lot of flavors. These enchiladas are easy to make and are great for leftovers. Use pepper jack cheese inside the tortillas for a little extra spice and top with Sharp Cheddar Cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1/2 large white onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons cumin
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 12 - corn tortillas
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make enchiladas

Step 1brown the hamburger meat with onions. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes

Step 2Dip corn tortillas into the sauce to coat and put into a 13 x 9 pan to assemble.

Step 3Fill each tortilla with meat and sauce about 3 tblsp., add cheese and roll up in pan. When the pan is full, pour remaining sauce over the top of the enchiladas and top with Sharp Cheddar cheese.

Step 4Bake at 325 for approx 45 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
