Ingredients
- 1-2 pound hamburger
- 1-2 pound cheese, shredded cheddar and mozzerella
- 1 package enchilada seasoning dry mix
- 1 can 28 ounce tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 - green pepper, chopped as desired
- 1 - onion, chopped as desired
- 1 can diced tomatoes as desired
- 1 package tortillas, flour (package of 10) large diameter
- GARNISH
- - shredded lettuce
- - diced, fresh tomatoes
- - sour cream
- - guacamole
- - ripe olives, sliced
How To Make enchiladas

Step 1Brown hamburger, chopped onion, peppers if using. Drain

Step 2Mix in enchilada dry mix, tomato sauce, water stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Simmer until veggies are tender ( if you add them to the sauce).

Step 3Pour half of sauce into 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the sauce.

Step 4Spoon meat sauce on tortilla, roll up and place in pan on top of sauce and cheese. Repeat with all tortilla's until all used.

Step 5Pour remaining sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with garnishes as desired.
