1 can(s)tomato sauce

1 can(s)enchilada sauce

ENCHILADAS:
-
1 lbground beef
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 lbcheddar cheese (reserve 1 cup)

1/4 conions, chopped

6tortillas
How to Make Enchiladas
- Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce in medium bowl.
- Brown ground beef; drain. Add salt, cheese, and onions.
- Dip tortillas in sauce. Add meat and roll. Lay folded side down in square casserole dish.
- Pour 1 cup of sauce and 1 cup of cheese over enchiladas. Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes.
