Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- ENCHILADAS:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese (reserve 1 cup)
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 6 - tortillas
How To Make enchiladas

Step 1Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce in medium bowl.

Step 2Brown ground beef; drain. Add salt, cheese, and onions.

Step 3Dip tortillas in sauce. Add meat and roll. Lay folded side down in square casserole dish.

Step 4Pour 1 cup of sauce and 1 cup of cheese over enchiladas. Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes.
