Ingredients

  • SAUCE:

  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 can(s)
    enchilada sauce
  • ENCHILADAS:

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 lb
    cheddar cheese (reserve 1 cup)
  • 1/4 c
    onions, chopped
  • 6
    tortillas

How to Make Enchiladas

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce in medium bowl.
  2. Brown ground beef; drain. Add salt, cheese, and onions.
  3. Dip tortillas in sauce. Add meat and roll. Lay folded side down in square casserole dish.
  4. Pour 1 cup of sauce and 1 cup of cheese over enchiladas. Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes.
