Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can 4-oz. can diced mild green chiles
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6-8 corn tortillas
How To Make enchilada pie

Step 1Brown ground beef and drain well. Return to pan and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Step 2Add chilies, onion and soup along with 1 cup water. Mix well and simmer. Feel free to add additional spices to taste.

Step 3Soften tortillas in oil just long enough to make them pliable.

Step 4Arrange pie by layers beginning with tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 until bubbly and cheese is melted.
