Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large chopped onion
- 2 cups thick bottled salsa
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat italian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 6 - flour tortillas (8 in) or corn tortillas
- 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream (not necessary)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mexican blend is good)

Step 1In large skillet, cook hamburger, onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in salsa, beans, dressing, taco seasoning, cumin. Place three tortillas in 2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Layer with half of meat mixture, sour cream (opt.) and cheese. Repeat layers.

Step 2Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 25 min. Uncover; bake 5-10 min. longer or until heated through. Let stand 5 min before serving. Top with lettuce, tomato and cilantro if you want to pretty it up.
