Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 6 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 package tostito chips
How To Make enchilada casserole

Step 1In a 9 x 13" pan, layer the Tostitos on the bottom. Mix beef, soup, milk and enchilada sauce together and cook until bubbly. Pour over Tostito chips. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. ENJOY!
