I tried this recipe quite a while ago so I can't really remember what it was like I do know that it was good :)

Ingredients For enchilada casserole

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning
-
12soft tortillas, cut up

2 can16 oz each ranch style beans

8 ozshredded cheddar cheese
-
1 can10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup

1 can10 oz diced tomatoes with chilies
How To Make enchilada casserole

1Brown beef with onions. Drain and add taco seasoning. Place 1/2 tortilla pieces in a 9x13 inch pan. Cover with beans, including their liquid; follow with layers of meat mixture, cheese, remaining tortilla pieces, soup and tomatoes.

2Bake 45-50 minutes in a 400* Oven until heated through and cheese is melted.
