I tried this recipe quite a while ago so I can't really remember what it was like I do know that it was good :)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 12 - soft tortillas, cut up
- 2 cans 16 oz each ranch style beans
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can 10 oz diced tomatoes with chilies
How To Make enchilada casserole

Step 1Brown beef with onions. Drain and add taco seasoning. Place 1/2 tortilla pieces in a 9x13 inch pan. Cover with beans, including their liquid; follow with layers of meat mixture, cheese, remaining tortilla pieces, soup and tomatoes.

Step 2Bake 45-50 minutes in a 400* Oven until heated through and cheese is melted.
