1In frying pan, brown meat and onions over medium heat, when cooked add enchilada sauce let simmer for 10 minutes, and shut off.
2Spread one tortilla with cold refried beans, continue until you have one layer in a 13x9. Top each tortilla with a tablespoon of meat mixture, top with 1 teaspoon sour cream and a olives to taste, add cheese and repeat layering until the pan is filled. If you have any leftover sauce, pour over casserole.
3Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
