I know there are quite a few recipes for this out there; this one is a little different that my family loves. This was a staple when they were growing up

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce (14 oz)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can rotel
- 1 cup colby jack cheese, shredded
- - tortilla chips
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make enchilada casserole

Step 1Brown ground beef, onions, pepper, cumin and garlic. Cook until done (pink is gone); drain off grease; stir in green chiles

Step 2Add soup and sauce; stir until all combined and heated through

Step 3In greased 9x13 pan, sprinkle crushed tortillas to cover bottom of pan.

Step 4Pour beef/soup mixture off tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese

Step 5Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
