Ingredients
- 2 pounds frozen ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 package brown gravy mix
How To Make emergency meatloaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350'F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray and put frozen ground beef in dish.

Step 2Sprinkle gravy packet over meat. Place mushrooms over gravy packet, spoon soup over all. DO NOT STIR!

Step 3Cover and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes, then test with meat thermometer. When meat reaches 160' F, meatloaf is ready

Step 4You may want to spoon gravy over meatloaf after the first hour and again before serving.
