This recipe is very easy to prepare as well as delicious. My family enjoyed this recipe and wants me to prepare it again.

Ingredients

  • 1 package el monterey burritos (i used a package of 8)
  • 1 can 14 ounce can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can small can chopped olives
  • 1 bunch (small) bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 - small to medium tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups cheddar or jack cheese, grated
  • 1 pint sour cream

How To Make el monterey burrito ole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Grease 9x12 inch pan.
  • Step 3
    Heat Burritos thoroughly following instructions on package.
  • Step 4
    Heat enchilada sauce to point of boiling.
  • Step 5
    Pour sauce over burritos and cover with grated cheese, olives, onions and tomatoes.
  • Step 6
    Drop sour cream by spoonfuls over top.
  • Step 7
    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
  • Step 8
    Serve with salsa.
  • Step 9
    Serves 6 to 8.
