Ingredients
- 1 package el monterey burritos (i used a package of 8)
- 1 can 14 ounce can enchilada sauce
- 1 can small can chopped olives
- 1 bunch (small) bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 - small to medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 cups cheddar or jack cheese, grated
- 1 pint sour cream
How To Make el monterey burrito ole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease 9x12 inch pan.

Step 3Heat Burritos thoroughly following instructions on package.

Step 4Heat enchilada sauce to point of boiling.

Step 5Pour sauce over burritos and cover with grated cheese, olives, onions and tomatoes.

Step 6Drop sour cream by spoonfuls over top.

Step 7Return to oven until cheese is melted.

Step 8Serve with salsa.

Step 9Serves 6 to 8.
