green bell pepper, diced
1Crumble ground beef evenly over bottom of a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.
2Sprinkle with bacon bits, then onion.
3In a medium bowl, combine tomato sauce, water, chili powder, salt and black pepper.
4Pour half over beef and onion layers.
5Sprinkle rice evenly over top, then corn.
6Top with remaining tomato sauce mixture, then bell pepper.
7Cover and cook on low about 5 hours or until rice is tender.
