Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef or ground chicken if you like
  • one big - chopped onion
  • 4 tablespo - chopped flat or italian parsly
  • pinch - of salt to taste
  • pnch - of black pepper as much as you like
  • - arabic bread or what we call peta pockets bread

How To Make egyptian style taco

  • Step 1
    stir half the chopped onion and 2 tablespoons chopped parsely and the ground beef
  • Step 2
    add salt and pepper and cook for about 20 mints, keep adding little water if it got dry and cook until it is tender and dry again
  • Step 3
    turn the heat off and add the rest of the parsly and raw onion and mix
  • Step 4
    fill the bread with the mixture and enjoy with tablespoon of plane yogurt and side salad.and rate me please.
