1 pkgtaco seasoning mix
1 can(s)tomato with green chiles (rotel)
1 can(s)each ranch style and black beans
1 can(s)corn, undrained
3/4 cinstant rice (uncooked)
1 lbvelveeta, cubed
·optional - jalapenos, black olives, lettuce, sour cream, salsa, onions, chips, corn or flour tortillas
How to Make Easy Versatile Tex-Mex Meal
- Brown the meat with the taco seasoning.
- Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer, covered, approx 15 mins until rice is cooked to taste.
- Stir in Velveeta. Let sit a few minutes to soften then stir again to mix.
- Add optional ingredients as desired. Or put all optional ingredients out for each person to complete their plate their way!
