Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beed
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup your choice of grated cheese (i used parmesan)
- 1 teaspoon fresh italian herbs (or 1/2 tsp dry)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 - egg
How To Make easy to make cheesy meatballs

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, shape into balls, depending on how many you would like. Place aluminium paper on cookie sheet, spray with a little oil, bake 15-20 minutes in preheated 350F (or until browned)

Step 2yields about 24 regular size meatballs and 40 mini meatballs :)
