I love meatloaf and I was experimenting one day. I'm not one to experiment, but this was a happy accident. My son who never likes meatloaf, will eat this one with no compliants.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/2 packages dry italian seasoning salad dressing, like good seasons or any brand you prefer(more or less as you prefer)
- 1 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1 cup milk
How To Make easy tasty meatloaf

Step 1In a medium bowl add the bread crumbs, italian seasoning (more or less, depending on your preference) and milk. Let stand until the bread crumbs are moist, about 5 minutes.

Step 2Add ground beef to bread crumb mixture. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Form into 1 large or two individual loaves. Sprinkle top of meatloaf with bread crumbs and 1 or 2 pats of butter cut into cubes(depending on the size of the loaf that you make:this step is optional)

Step 3Preheat oven to 350. Cook meatloaf at 350 for 15 minutes, then lower heat to 325 and continue baking for another 35-40 minutes or until meat juices run clear.

Step 4Maybe served with or without your favorite gravy.
